With the arrival of 2009 comes the arrival of the new selection of drinks at Starbucks. The emphasis this season is on tea. In fact, the center menu board at any Starbucks coffee shop proudly introduces their new tea concoctions. I am excited about this because I happen to prefer tea over coffee.
The drink that has particularly struck our fancy is the new London Fog Latte. It is Most Excellent, delicious and an absolute must for anyone who enjoys Earl Grey tea.
The London Fog Latte is made from full leaf black tea with citrusy Italian Bergamot and a hint of lavender. Sweetened with vanilla syrup and topped with steamed milk and velvety foam. I like to add in one Splenda sweetener to the mix.
